Ashley D. Suarez
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Ashley Suarez is the Office Administrator and Accounting Manager of KIRBY & KIRBY LLP. She oversees the Firm’s Accounting Department. She brings considerable administrative and accounting expertise to the Firm. Ashley joined the firm after accepting a job offer to again work with former Kirby Noonan partners Michael L. Kirby and Jason M. Kirby.
Ashley was a former Staff Accountant at Kirby Noonan. She left the firm in 2012 to join MG Properties Group as a corporate staff accountant. MG Properties is a residential property management company specializing in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation and management of apartment communities through the western United States, with its apartment portfolio having a total market value of over $1.5 billion. As the company’s corporate staff accountant, Ashley worked closely with MG Properties Tax and Treasury Manager and its CFO, taking on increasing responsibilities, including handling the personal financials of owner and CEO, Mark Gleiberman.
With her return to a litigation firm, Ashley will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Firm’s Accounting Department, including both accounts receivable and accounts payable. All such inquires can be directed to Ashley.
Ashley graduated from the University of California San Diego. When not working, Ashley enjoys reading, taking walks, swimming and spending time with her family and friends.
