A native and life-long San Diegan, Julie Roland began her legal career in 1991. She worked for several large firms in San Diego area, including Kirby Noonan Lance & Hoge LLP and is now very pleased to be with KIRBY & KIRBY LLP where she is a litigation assistant.
Julie graduated from the Paralegal Program at the University of San Diego. She is approved by the American Bar Association (ABA), and obtained the certificate with the specialization of Civil / Business Litigation. Julie has specialized in commercial litigation practice with an emphasis in business, securities and real estate litigation.
In her nearly 30 years in law, Julie has been involved in several high profile cases, where she worked closely with partners and paralegals in document intensive trials. She has assisted attorneys with every aspect of trial preparation before, during and after trials have commenced. She has worn many hats in the legal field including conflicts and records management and firm marketing.
Julie enjoys cooking, theater, music and travel.
